Common State Register of UkrainianSeafarers'
Documents which electronic database was created in 2002, functions
at the utmost up-to-date level and provides the reliable timely
confirmation the validity of seafarers' documents: Certificates of
competency, educational diplomas, certificates of training centers,
Ship security officer Certificates. At present time the information
about over two millions of documents of Ukrainian seafarers' is
entered into the database of the Register.
